1. Special Design

2. After-sales Service
TRAINING
The Buyer could dispatch their operators to the Seller's factory for training, including machine operation, maintenance & simple repairs;
Or against the requests of the Buyer, the Seller's technician could train the Buyer's operators in the Buyer's factory during the periods of installing & adjusting;

INSTALLATION & ADJUSTMENT
The Seller could dispatch an engineer against the requests of the Buyer to install and adjust the machines for one week(free of charge) in the Buyer's factory. After one week, if the Buyer still needs the training,$100 should be paid to the engineer.
The Buyer should make a reservation in advance before delivery of the machines;
The Buyer should pay for the engineer's food & board while installation in the buyer's factory. And the Buyer should also pay for the air ticket for the engineer.

GUARANTEE
The guarantee time is one year after the machines normally work in the Buyer's factory if only the problem is caused due to quality control or any reason by the Seller. We will supply replaced parts free of charge and our engineers will guide you on how to solve the problems.

Our machine can make pet，pp，pc bottles,from 10ml to 30 L,like water bottle，beverage botle，cosmetic bottle，oil bottle，jar bottle，milk bottle，space cup.

3.what`s the power supply requiement?

We do as customer`s requiement ,three phase 220v,380v,440v......

4.how long the delivery time?

if customer order machine without mold,we can delivery in 10 days.

if customer order machine with mold ,we can delivery in 15 days,

if customer have special requiement like voltage and machine color ,we need 5 days more.

5. how to do the installation?

We provide general manual book and installation deagram for customer when shipping the machine.even customer doesn`t have any experience ,he can do the intallation easily,each machine and mold will be tested before delivery ,which means all settings will be done before delivery . customer only need to do power connection and pneumatic connection

6.what guarantee you provide?

We provide one-year after-sales service，long-life technology support.Free spare parts will be attached to each machine ,enought for at least one year of normal production. suppose any parts damaged ,we will send the new parts within 72 hours.
